What is the Springtime in London Course?
Springtime in London is an eight-day excursion course to London sponsored by the School of Business. The course takes place each year during the week of spring break.

Dr. James Logue, Coordinator of Undergraduate Business Student Development, Professor of Accounting
What activities do students participate while in London?
- Treated to an official welcome meeting at the Anglo-America Center
- Walking tour of the financial district of London led by a noted London journalist on the subject
- Lecture by noted economists
- Lecture by and tour of the Lloyds of London Insurance Exchange
- Visit to Bloomsburg, London
- Lecture by and tour of the Bank of England
- Daylong visit to Windsor Castle
- Additional activities including sporting events, Jack the Ripper walking tour, day trip to Paris, museums, and theatre productions
How many students have taken this course?
Since the inception of the spring travel abroad course in Spring 2006, 74 business students have participated in the course (as of Spring 2010).
Can I get financial support to take this course?
The Dr. Albert A. Zanzuccki Endowed Chair in Business Administration Global Assistance Scholarships (G.A.S.) program assists in making this trip more affordable for participating students.
