| | The F.L.A.S.H. Leadership Summit is an annual conference on Franciscan/Servant-Leadership held exclusively for students of Pennsylvania Catholic high schools. Held in late May, this two-day experience provides young-leaders with rich opportunities to network and engage other students from across the state in healthy dialogue and exploration of service in leadership in the Catholic, Franciscan tradition. This program is in direct alignment with the Saint Francis University Franciscan Leadership philosophy as it is applied through the Franciscan Leaders: Achieve, Serve, & Honor, or F.L.A.S.H. Leadership initiative.
