Students are required to provide documentation of the following vaccinations on the Student Health Form prior to entrance to the University.

Meningitis Vaccine | Senate Bill 955 (2002) requires all students residing in university housing be vaccinated against meningococal disease. Failure to comply with this law will result in denial of campus housing. If you have any questions regarding this information, please call the Student Health Center at (814) 472-3008. |

Immunizations Available at the Student Health Center
The following immunizations and additional services are available through the Student Health Center. These services are above and beyond the standard services and therefore are subject to additional fees. Payment must be received in full before the service will be completed. Payment may be through cash, credit card or check made out to Saint Francis University. Students must call the Student Health Center to register for a vaccine.
