• A full-time Physician Assistant student in good standing qualified to begin clinical clerkships at an affiliated institution.
• Completed Online application
• Completed baccalaureate degree from an accredited institution with minimum GPA of 2.5. An official transcript must be sent directly from the granting institution to the MMS Director.

   Ø  For students with degrees from Universities outside of the United States, a degree assessment must be completed, at the student’s expense, by an education-accrediting agency such as the World Education Service (www.wes.org). An original report form this agency must be submitted as part of the admission application.

• Submission of current curriculum vitae/resume to the MMS Director.
• Transcript from PA Program to verify:  status in program or graduation from program within 24 months

  Admission to MMS program, if not completed concurrently with PA program, must be within 2 years of PA program graduation.  An official transcript must be sent directly from the granting institution to the MMS Director.

  Acceptance to the program will not be extended until all of the admission materials, including official transcripts, have been received and reviewed by the MMS Director.

All application materials must be recieved by the posted deadline in order to be processed for acceptance and enrollment. If an application is incomplete at the time of the deadline, the student must wait to enroll with the next cohort of students from their institution.
