Saint Francis SBDC to Hold Pre-Business Planning Seminars
The Saint Francis University Small Business Development Center has scheduled pre-business planning seminars for February. The seminar is for people who are interested in opening and operating their own business. The seminar is free. Below are the scheduled dates for February:
• Tuesday, February 7, 9:00 am – Noon at the Devorris Center for Business Development, 3900 Industrial Park Drive, Altoona, PA.
• Wednesday, February 15, 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm at F&M Trust, 100 Lincoln Way E., McConnellsburg, PA. Co-sponsored by F&M Trust.
• Tuesday, February 21, 9:00 am – Noon at the JARI Center for Business Development, 160 JARI Drive, Johnstown, PA.
Topics to be discussed are feasibility issues, marketing, recordkeeping, business plans, legal issues, regulations/taxes and financing.
